  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received (unless COD is available and selected).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Any shipping delays due to weather, courier issues, or external events are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer returns/refunds only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return/refund.

  • Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
