We want you to love your experience with Reboot Lab. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You contact us to initiate refund within 3 days of receiving the item

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.

To start a return, email us at rebootlabsuppor@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.


💳 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The item was out of stock after purchase

  • You received a wrong or defective item and a replacement isn’t possible

  • You cancelled the order before it was shipped

Refund amount will be credited within 5-7 days in the original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidental drops

  • Change of mind after use

  • Downloadable games or software, if applicable

  • Exchange and replacement product will be delivered in 5-7 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If not, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.


🏦 Bank/Payment Processor Claims

If you’ve raised a refund request through your bank, UPI app, or payment provider, your refund will be processed through that channel as per their timelines.
